All of us at Edge Enterprises want you to be totally satisfied with products that you order from us. If for any reason you wish to return an item to Edge, we want to do all that we can to accommodate your return of the merchandise. There are just a few conditions that we ask you to meet. First, the products that you return need to be the current edition and must have been purchased within the past 12 months. Additionally, you cannot return books that are out of print or that have been revised. Third, we need to receive them in "MINT" resalable condition! The books may not have stickers on them or show evidence of their removal. We also cannot accept books with bent corners or spines, shelf wear or creases in the covers. We do not accept returns on media materials (CD's or DVD's). Fourth, the invoice number must be included with your return and must already have been paid before you can expect to receive a refund. We do not issue any credit memos on returns.

In an effort to ensure that all returns are received in mint resalable condition, we suggest the following packaging and mailing tips (we've learned a thing or two over the last 20 years about shipping books!):

  1. Ideally, use a sturdy NEW box for the shipping carton (one that will hold 1 stack of books.) If you must reuse the box the items were sent in, first cover every edge and corner of the box with packing tape. If this is not done, the box will almost surely arrive damaged, and you will not be entitle to a refund.
  2. Pack the books with only ONE stack, and lay the books flat on the bottom of the box (do not stand them on their spines or pack them side by side).
  3. Add packing materials (Styrofoam peanuts, bubble wrap, paper) so the books cannot move in the box and be damaged in transit.
  4. Seal the box securely with packing tape.
  5. Send the box to our street address:

  6. Please declare a value on your package. You may have to pay for extra insurance on your package if your value is higher that what your carrier provides.
